Delete your account

The quickest way to delete your account is directly in the PadelLock app:

1. Open the PadelLock app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm your password, then confirm the deletion.

Your account and data are removed immediately and you are signed out.

If you can no longer access the app, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile (name, email, phone, photo, padel level).
• Games you created, your votes, ratings, payment records, and chat messages.
• Your tournament entries and saved courts.

Groups you manage are handed over to another member so the group can continue; if you are the only member, the group is deleted with it. This action cannot be undone.

We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example, transaction records for tax or fraud-prevention purposes). Any retained data is kept only as long as legally necessary and is not used to contact you.
